Bite-sized victoria sponge cakes filled with home-made raspberry compôte and fresh double cream, all dusted with icing sugar (approx. 18g / 3.5cm diam. each).

Cooking Instructions:

Other: Thaw and serve: Simply arrange cakes on a platter whilst frozen. Leave to defrost for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Defrosted refrigerated storage 6 hours.
