A ready-baked, pre-cut (24 ptn) 11″ diameter quiche, made with British free-range eggs, broccoli florets, crumbled blue Stilton, mature Cheddar and onion, all topped with more fresh broccoli florets and baked in our in-house golden shortcrust pastry (approx 50g per slice). May be served hot or thaw and serve cold.

Suitable for vegetarians.

Cooking Instructions:

Oven: Remove from outer packaging, leave in foil. Place in preheated oven 190°C / Gas Mark 5 for 30 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Ensure a core temperature of >75°C is achieved (or relevant national requirements) for at least 30 seconds before serving. Do not reheat after cooking.

Other: Thaw and serve: Simply arrange slices on a platter whilst frozen. Leave to defrost for 24 hours in the refrigerator. Defrosted refrigerated storage 6 hours.

Pastry Case (28%) WHEAT Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine) Margarine (Palm Oil, Coconut Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Salt, Emulsifier (Mono– and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid, Disodium Citrate), Natural Flavouring, Colour (Carotenes)), Vegetable Shortening (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Maize Flour, Water, Tomato Puree, Sea Salt.

Quiche Filling (72%) Whole MILK, Free-Range Whole EGG, Onion, Broccoli (8%), Mature Vegetarian Cheddar Cheese (MILK) (6%) (contains Colour (Annatto), Potato Starch), Vegetarian Stilton Cheese

 (4%) (MILK), Modified Maize Starch, Dehydrated Potato, Ruby Port.
