Frank Dale, often regarded as the unseen chef, supplies a range of sweet and savoury frozen canapés and other finger foods to the food service sector via frozen food distributor Central Foods.

Frank Dale offer a renowned range of great tasting canapes, specialising in classic British favourites such as quiches, tarts, pies and bite-sized cakes which are all hand finished to deliver an authentic chef-produced presentation.

Available as heat and eat or thaw and serve items, the Frank Dale range is popular at parties, corporate events, weddings, graduations, wakes and a range of other occasions where buffet products are served.
Products are made in the company’s BRC AA+ graded manufacturing unit, which is nut, sesame and celery free, near Norwich in Norfolk.
